12 hour rotating swing shift schedule, forced to work even on scheduled off days regardless of the shift you worked the day before, forced to be on call on your scheduled 7 day break regardless if you have planned a vacation months or even years in advanced and you are written up if you don't come in. Employees literally pay other employees to work for them when they are scheduled to be off to avoid being written up/terminated. Management was taking drugs and got fired, other management has a buddy buddy system, if they know you and like you they will be all for you to move forward in your career, if they hear rumors or don't like you, you should quit or they will try and force you to quit. No matter how good you are at your job or how well you do your job, it all depends on what management hears or thinks about you from their buddies. Horrible working conditions, extreme heat, forced to stay in heat regardless if getting sick or not.

Union environment so any sort of work is difficult to complete. Salaries were mediocre but hopefully they improved since then. Work life balance was pretty weak.
