Pros

- Work & Life Balance - Paid Time Off - Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life, & more - Ongoing Training - Bonuses, Commissions, & Spiffs

Cons

- If you do not hit your sales metrics you will be written up & they will DROP YOUR PAY to $10 per hour before you get to 90 days! To make things even worse... The final written last for 6 months! Top it off you have to hit goal every 2 weeks for the next 6 months or they will FIRE you! (Didn't even make it to 6 months before they dropped my pay & fired me) - If you are not awesome at sales, then DO NOT apply - Lack of support & Favoritism - Management constantly changing your job role, duties, & rules. - Excessive Team Meetings EVERY Day (8:00 AM & again at 12:30 PM ("Flash" is supposed to be 10-15 mins each, but can last an hour)) - They will scream, yell, and belittle you. (Tried going to HR about yelled about how terrible you are, but HR will not help) - If you are struggling with sales your manager will pull you into a 1-on-1 meeting every day on top of your 2 team meetings per day - Managers will get on your about not making 100+ calls per day, yet they will have excessively long meetings! **NOTE: Hibu will "reply" to this review trying to defend themselves, but all I ask is talk to people that are in the same position & they WILL confirm what I have shared with you. The main conversation among coworkers in these positions is finding a new job & regretting going to work for Hibu. P.S. You can be the hardest worker ever, but the SALES is the ONLY thing that matters in this position! Only work for Hibu if you know you do well at sales. If you are not sure or know you are not strong at sales, then DO NOT APPLY!! #Hibu #HibuSales #SalesMetrics #SalesJobs #DigitalMarketing #Yellowbook #BadJobs #BadEmployer #UnfairEmployer #BadMarketingCompany

Pros

You CAN make a ton of money. You make 9 percent on ever sale which is fantastic. Play the odds, call a lot and you can do well. IF you buy in, you can do really well.

Cons

The company flat out lies. To its employees and its customers. This job turns and burns faster than I've ever seen. multiple people quit during training, many more quickly afterward. You are expected to sell customers in one call. The company has a terrible reputation (search hibu reviews). the company has screwed over countless people and forced them to pay for their mistakes. One of their programs, specifically, is a total lie. You are told to sell it as X, Y, and Z and it does none of those things. Neither work for this company nor hire them for anything.

Pros

You set your own schedule and manage your own time. Complete benefits package and car allowance. No am or pm reporting to a local office

Cons

A print company trying to compete in the digital world with limited resources and experience. They launched this new name with minimal marketing to promote it in the market place. What is HIBU and what is the significant meaning, NOthing! It means nothing. No room for advancement, earnings potential has reduced 35% and you are required to work much harder to earn significantly less.
