Cons

Horrible management, very cheap company, cut a lot of corners on quality. HR is not there to protect employees from bad management. Very hostile environment. Don’t be fool by the positive reviews.

Pros

Market pay BUT lots of issues and OT make it not competitive.

Cons

Poor processes and systems make success very difficult. Very high turnover happens because of this. Lower level employees bring up issues, problems and solutions, but they are ignored. The culture stresses long hours, high stress and staying quiet. A hotel company with no hotel perks. Good luck getting ever getting a discount on a room. High pressure from management to leave positive reviews on Glassdoor. So be skeptical.
