Pros

Met a lot of great people with amazing talent and personalities.

Cons

This hotel and its management team is a mess. This role and many others was just a revolving door and it showed in the lack of organizational and procedural structures. The fact that most of the Directors were there only because were friends of someone within the company is telling on its maturity. The finance team was lead by someone with a lack of professionalism and knowledge. The work was distributed unfairly and some team members contributed more than others because of the friendships held with management, again, lack of maturity. The benefits were a joke and the salary was garbage.

Some good leaders in the company

Cons

Poor area SVP management in Revenue and Operations. A “bend the knee” approach by area Operational SVP. Earn respect rather than command it.....take time to listen and partner for success.
