Pros

Upper mgt seems to know where they're going, Many talented people to work with, Many tools and platforms available to work on and learn from, Self-motivated people can go a long way here.

Cons

Healthcare is scared to death of government changes; Lots of deadwood throughout company that can't adapt quickly: they are a drag on productivity; Middle mgt plays games: tells upper mgt one thing, another to those below them, then they move on; IT (professionals) treated like janitors: easily replaceable, advice not sought or ignored, and blamed for other's messes; Really unrealistic schedules and projects because a) Liar's Poker b) Makes others look good, and c) you can always throw more contractors at the problem.
