Pros

Large company so there is a large amount of mobility. They have a good benefits package. The pay isn't as great is it could be elsewhere, but it is decent. They like to promote from within, so just getting your foot in the door is a great start. It might not be the greatest job, but it could lead to better ones.

Cons

Very bureaucratic. So many layers of managers, it is tough to get anything accomplshed. Depending on your preferences, the work could be rather dull. And in my dept, it was hard to see the greivance cases when people are turned down for coverage of various things.
