- Limited job opportunities at the moment - Some long time employees feel entitled to certain freedoms and get a way with a lot without contributing as much as they should - Employees may feel left in the dark at times about the direction the company is moving - Not many young people get the opportunity to move up quickly; a lot of employees who start right out of college get locked into Customer Service for 6-8 years before being able to pursue more business oriented positions within the company
