Not bad for entry-level. Try not to get trapped in customer service.

Not a bad place to start a career. Great benefits and work life balance. Nice people and comprehensive entry level training.

Cons

Wouldn't recommend customer service. It's hard to get promoted out of that position, especially for women. Women have to work in department 5 years to get promotion; men, only 2.
