Construction side of this company is decent

Cons

The upper management doesn’t value its employees. Upper management only wants people to do as the day and not have an opinion. If you do speak your mind they will write you up or find a way to get rid of you without following the proper process. The president and vice president are trying to make drones of how they want there workers to be. This company was toxic to work for but if you do as they say and bend to there will they will leave you alone.

New construction , growing fast and expanding to new markets.

Cons

Under value the need for good help. Upper management lack moral compass and common sense. Property is consistently under staffed due to uncompetitive salaries, poor commission structure “ taking months to receive”, and lack of appropriation. They sell properties fast, fire good people without offering options, they split the commission with how many employees should be working not the actual number of employees, on many occasions keeping 1/2 for the company. Very demeaning attitude from upper management with little to no respect for employees.

* It was great when I started. Family oriented and leadership supported its teams * Growth was creating positions for people who had been there

Cons

* New President started and the culture completely changed * Now they micro manage * Managers are not trusted to hire the on-site time he or she will work with * Grade school attitude toward employees * Degrading * Narcissist Behavior in leadership * They are working towards making sure most original team members leave due to being pushed and micro managed.
