Pros

Cool staff discounts at restaurant

Cons

The pay sucks for the amount of work they have you do. They hire you in hard time and then have you scheduled to work full time hours without the benefits.$9.00hr

Pros

The banquet staff is very hardworking, friendly, and helpful. The ballroom space and team could be so much better if they were given more creative freedom and stopped settling for the same basic setups, plans, and guidelines. Change it up and you’ll get more clients.

Cons

Extremely disorganized, no sense of direction or guidance, very cliquish and catty management. Extreme favoritism and hypocrisy. Unprofessional gossiping and name calling amongst teammates about other colleagues. No clear team goals. It was as if the team was content with coasting through the year. Theresa was extremely bothered by and not open to creativity, or any idea that was not hers.
