Pros

Excellent company to work for. The finance department is constantly created new platforms to analyze data and they really integrate the interns well into this process. They give useful projects that are meaningful to the company.

Cons

It is a highly busy environment and sometimes there is not work to do for the interns. Make sure you shadow the full-time employees as much as possible during your down time.

Thanks for taking the time to post your review! As a former employee and especially an intern, we appreciate the feedback. Our intern program formalized in 2015 and we had the largest group of participants ever. The 2016 program has launched and so your comments are timely. Thanks again and good luck with your future endeavors.

Thanks for your feedback. Glad that you find your job engaging and thanks for being a long term employee…that’s great! Our business is evolving so no doubt your responsibilities have evolved too, but having good people to work with makes the job a lot easier. Sorry that your commute is not ideal, but we try to position service centers to meet the needs of our customers.

Pros

The camaraderie, spirit of fun and cal center environment are definitely there. If you believe in the product, you will be successful, however it's not as easy as they make it out to be.

Cons

The pay is lower than most call centers in the area and the bonus structure is less attainable then they lead you to believe. Also their health insurance options are great if you never or rarely get sick. If you get sick a lot get ready to have high cost for your benefits.

Thanks for your insight and thoughts. We work hard to create an environment that makes coming to work every day as enjoyable as possible. We also benchmark our pay and benefits to other employers in the area so our compensation plan is very competitive. If you have questions on benefit plan options and choosing the best health coverage for your situation, please contact our benefits manager.
