Good starting salary, great PTO and benefits

Cons

Awful management who are not qualified to manage their pets let alone their team. Heavy favoritism and nepotism. People being promoted when they don't have the capability to handle the workload. Not answering calls from their team to avoid a disaster. Leadership who cares more about their personal appearance than the needs of the team. Irresponsible leaders.

The company does a fabulous job presenting itself as a "great place to work".

Cons

You will receive a bombardment of surveys asking you to vote for how great the company is to work for, even in spite of being such a place. If you are not seeking to brown nose your supervisor, and sing endless praises - good luck finding internal advancement. This company fosters a culture of keeping information truncated, and unattainable, as well as sequestering and protecting employees who openly do not do their job and hurt team initiatives.

We understand that employee surveys can sometimes be a check the box item but we do truly value the opinion of our employees. Year over year, we are certified as a Great Places To Work employer. This certification and honor is only possible by asking our employees to help us by completing the survey. This year we had 90% participation and once again, certified for the GPTW honor. 90% participation tells us that our employees are engaged and feel that we will hear their feedback and respond appropriately.
