Pros

The offices are nice, there are some great snacks, theres a game room (to de-stress). There are some cool people who work there, smart people too.

Cons

Getting micromanaged and expecting it to increase productivity

used to be many more pros- health insurance is decent

Cons

Since being acquired by PayPal, Honeys culture and values have gone down the drain. I don’t believe this is uncommon when an old school company with very corporate mindset acquires a startup. That said, if you’re ok with a mediocre salary, having a leadership team who doesn't care at all about your growth and therefore work as little as possible, This is the place for you.
