Business Outlook
Pros
The company is growing incredibly fast. New people are starting every week and there are some incredible talents at the company. You get a lot of responsibility very quickly, if you're good. Management is transitioning from being purely focused on building products to building out the org. There are obviously growing pains but that's why I joined a startup.
Cons
The company has been hiring fast but not firing fast. The culture is generally very friendly and it has led to some underperformers hanging around forever. The company recently started seriously measuring performance and it has led to numerous employee exits. It's a pity to see them publicly trash the company that has treated them so well.
