Pros

Good staff, that worked long hours to accomplish goals. Organization is growing so that might mean job security for some. Good 401K benefits.

Cons

Lack of leadership in IT. CIO is trying to change that with the three AVPS he hired. But that will take 2 yrs. In the meantime they are losing good emoloyees. Be careful of the team you work for. Some have too much work and tasks, while others have very few. Same goes for managers/directors- some have teams of 5 while others have teams of 30-50. Very unfair balance of work and employees. And consultants in IT. They are running the place. Fundamentally that is poor for business and poor for employees retention. And not to mention putting them over budget each month.

- Staff at Thompson Peak are great. - Management at Thompson Peak is very supportive. - Facility is very nice and clean.

Cons

- Pay is incredibly underwhelming. - Task load is very high and demanding. - Techs are often used and abused with an after thought and then told we are complaining if we speak up. - Scheduled shifts are often cancelled for staffing reasons causing staff to obliterate their paid time off. This is expected and expressed with a 'deal with it' attitude.
