Pros

For the most part the employees are pretty nice to work with.

Cons

Lack of transparency, everything has to be approved by Japan, no real room for growth, they will sabotage you if they don't like you, no real diversity in Management. They're aren't any black or hispanics running the dc's that I know of.

Pros

They are finally addressing bad leaders. Overdue but welcomed. Took good care of us during Covid-19 and showing that caring about people is good business.

Cons

Need to move quicker. Kill the paper and bureaucracy.
