Pros

Decent pay for a call center

Cons

Promised advancement that never happened despite exceeding expectations. People are promoted based on who they are friends with (or happen to be sleeping with), not their performance. Bilingual specialists are not held to the same expectations as others and are unfairly given opportunites despite using profanity at members and not identifying them since nobody performed quality assurance on their calls because it was in another language which is very discouraging. The scheduled hours are constantly changing.

Pros

Health Insurance. Some members of Management are good. Coworkers can be great.

Cons

Extremely high turnover. Very obvious decisions are being made by someone who has never had to work with members. Company said to take mental health days and take care of oneself, then removes the ability to take PTO without punishment. Points system for sick days unrealistic. As an employee who doesn't even take sick days the changes prove company cares more about bottom dollar than employees health. Company claims low pay is due to high benefits, yet consistently raise cost of benefits above affordability range. Treats employees as if they were cashiers at some large retail store like Walmart . System is just a dubious way to punish people for attendance. Work from home capabilities should be utilized going forwards.

Good vacation time, benefits, and decent time in receiving those benefits.

Cons

Horrible management, no advancement or career opportunities, short lunch breaks, disrespectful, condescending and belittling management, and HR employees, unreasonable demands and goals, impossible tardiness point system, unequal pay.
