      Pros

      Some of the best technology talent I've had the opportunity to work with. Creative "outside the box" thinkers who could put Humana on the cutting edge of technology.

      Cons

      Knowledge of advanced and emerging technologies minimal at best at the decision-making level. Life could be a lot easier if those decision makers would act on the input of those who stay abreast of evolving technology.

      Loved my job, until I went to a knew team

      Pros

      Great pay, PTO time, holidays off. If you seek a challenging position you most likely will get one. Most supervisors are pretty good. They really want to mentor you, give you a chance to express your thoughts and ideas.

      Cons

      Once one supervisor is upset with you, that is it your days are numbered. You could be doing everything right, but in just a few months it will look like you have done everything wrong, and you will be let go. Even if your on a small team, and you are given 75% of the responsibility and the other 25% is divided among 2 other people.

      Great pay, nice bonuses! Team atmosphere was great,no issues with them.

      Cons

      Management fails to be sympathetic in any way to time off and lowered production due to WHATEVER reason. 3rd party insurance they use for STD/FMLA is a hostile scam that doesnt want to pay you and harrasses your Dr.'s even after all info has been given and time off approved. Not worth the drama.
