Pros

Automatic sinks that go off when no one is standing there. Haunted building is kinda neat.

Cons

Even if you have proof of FMLA they will ask you HIPPA questions to find out how long you will be out, and they have quite the reputation of paying the hardest workers less money. A log book of bathroom breaks were kept.

Pros

Can work from home. Time off, regular benefits.

Cons

Humana was once an outstanding workplace, renowned for its great benefits and strong managerial support. However, it has recently declined. The organization now struggles with poor structure and unclear guidelines, and the hiring practices often prioritize experience over inclusivity and collaboration. Moreover, there’s a notable decline in employee compensation and equity, and a significant lack of transparency within the company. Employees often find it difficult to get clear information, and overall, the transparency is lacking at all levels.
