The money was great. And thats about it.

Cons

The company absolutely lost its mind. Everything falls back on the agent. No other position with the company accepts any responsibility. Many of the top agents are considering leaving. Mentally this job wouldn't be a great idea. It wouldn't be worth it at 200k per year. I was paid a little over 100k.

Pros

Humana has great benefits (401K matching, HSA, and wellness incentives). Most of my coworkers are happy in their positions. I am in an entire department that works from home which is great for a lot of moms and people who want to have autonomy and flexible hours.

Cons

It's hard to get a raise or promotion. In the 3 years I've been here I've received 1 tiny raise. Trying to get a new idea "approved" or implemented is a circus act. I wish there was more support for professional growth and "moving up".

medical benefits are ok depending on what plan you choose, decent pay, wellness breaks, nice co-workers, good place work if you looking to pay some bills off or to stack money due to OT opportunity

Cons

way too many task for an entry level position, call center=teenage like environment, limited advancement opportunity(beware they hype you up in training), horrible recognition, the worst turn over rate I have ever seen I mean the worst! This is not a good place for "get your foot in the door and move up" you'll be disappointed, favoritism is the name of the game, its not what you know but who you know and you don't have to know a thing!
