Pros

The salary is decent, but is it really worth the grief that comes with it? Not to me it is not.

Cons

The management team in the East Central Region in Dublin, Ohio is terrible! They will micromanage the most effective teams and nurses, leading to these nurses becoming disengaged and disgruntled. I could list two specific nurses who saved the corporation more than $7 million and management has not so much as provided a pat on the back or thank you. Instead, they are trying to push these two nurses out the door! These two nurses have received a COMBINED pay raise of 5% over almost a 3 year period! Their performance review system is the most absurd method I have ever seen demonstrated by any employer! I am getting ready to exit the company to move on in a much higher and more prestigious position in the world of providing healthcare. I cannot wait to leave this sad employer. If you not a "yes" man/woman or looking to get your nose brown from kissing butt, I would suggest looking for employment with a different company. Family does not come first with this company either. Call in just one day with a perfect attendance record and they will jump all over you! Very sad that management in Dublin, Ohio is selected by using the "good old boy" system. It is all in who you know and has absolutely nothing to do with being actually qualified to step into the position of leading others. The East Region in Louisville, KY is outstanding, but the East Central Region in Dublin, Ohio is terrible from the top down. Do NOT waste your time applying to work there if you value your morals!

Pros

Nice co-workers, good starting salary, short commute, relaxed dress code, air conditioned, free coffee, TV in most break rooms, refrigerators and ice makers in break rooms.

Cons

No raises or at best minimal raises, micro managed, consistently threatened with progressive disciplinary action with eventual loss of employment if stats not met, inadequate training, uncaring upper management and corporate culture that leaves one feeling unappreciated and replaceable, consistently adding new skill sets without adequate training, back to back calls and mandatory overtime day after without no end, lack of intensive to stay with the corporation, call center attrition rate over 85% within the first 2 years of employment...understaffed and overworked.
