      Good benefits. Decent hours. Competitive pay

      Cons

      Deception & favoritism everywhere. Performance means nothing bc it's really all about who you know. Terrible hiring process. People do not get a fair chance when they apply for a job. System is old & antiquated.

      Humana has a vision that is not only easy to understand, but easy to believe in. Not only as a vision for a company to achieve, but a vision that I seek to achieve in my day to day life. I often feel more proud about telling people about all the work other people are doing in our company, than I do talking about anything I do. Adapting more Agile Working methodologies Incorporating Well-being into everything we do Family feel- despite large company

      The company is growing rapidly and transforming that large of a company can take time and present hurdles at times. But nothing that we won't overcome over time

      Good salary and 401K match. Large company, can move from one IT department to another laterally.

      Cons

      Hard to move up the ladder. Need to know Directors and VPs to get ahead. Most program manager and Technology managers are already taken before they are posted online. Good Old Boys network.
