Work from home and the company and coach have been very flexible about appointments or family concerns and have no issues with taking time off

Cons

Worry of job security constantly with layoffs all the time. Being told multiple ways of doing our jobs while we are feeling as if we are constantly being monitored

Lay offs all the time. Working very long hours. Not being trained for new positions. Work expectations unrealistic and no regard for employees.
