      Pros

      Great company. They actually care about their associates and about their well being. It's a "wellness" company and they really take it seriously. They want their associates to have a healthy work/life balance. They do not micro-manage. They give you the freedom to do your job. They are selective when hiring, to give perfect customer service. Opportunities for advancement. LOVE THEM!

      Cons

      Some people work at home, which I have been told is a little lonely.

      Humana has a vision that is not only easy to understand, but easy to believe in. Not only as a vision for a company to achieve, but a vision that I seek to achieve in my day to day life. I often feel more proud about telling people about all the work other people are doing in our company, than I do talking about anything I do. Adapting more Agile Working methodologies Incorporating Well-being into everything we do Family feel- despite large company

      The company is growing rapidly and transforming that large of a company can take time and present hurdles at times. But nothing that we won't overcome over time
