      Too many organizational restructures

      Good 401K match. Decent PTO

      Cons

      My company was purchased by humana in 2021. Theres been several org restructures. We were told that we would transition to a role within humana, but a month ago, were told we now have to apply for a position or would not have a job. Also, it's near impossible to speak to someone in HR. Every one is a number, not very personal. Pay is low compared to competitors.

      Literally nothing positive about working with this crap company.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, awful management, awful trainers, awful people. They called me into a meeting 5 minutes into my shift and fired me saying the workload is too low. I’m PREGNANT! I have a family to support! The workload is NOT TO LOW!!! I will be getting a lawyer! AWFUL PLACE!!!!!
