The company doesn't share insight on major moves until the last minute and leads employees on so they remain in their position.

My company was purchased by humana in 2021. Theres been several org restructures. We were told that we would transition to a role within humana, but a month ago, were told we now have to apply for a position or would not have a job. Also, it's near impossible to speak to someone in HR. Every one is a number, not very personal. Pay is low compared to competitors.
