      The pay scale is above average, and they bonus everyone even when areas under-perform.

      Cons

      - Company not open to new employees/ideas. Dominated by old timers - Incredible waste of capital investments (millions on Azure squandered) - Heavy autocracy, with leaders focused on themselves - Company does not pay claims, causing entities to pursue patients

      constant changes, any time there is a change in leadership there is fear of reductions in force - and there are constant changes in leadership and restructures

      Pros

      Benefits and 401k match. They do provide equipment for remote positions.

      Cons

      Leadership. Team leads never available or they make you feel stupid for asking for assistance. Benefits could be better. It seemed anything that needed prior auths always got denied. It’s like you have to be on your deathbed for any major procedures or admissions to get approved. Not just as an employee but for members I have spoken to on the phone. Humana doesn’t follow their own missions and values. Also their systems were always lagging or down. Always. Made the job much harder especially when you go by metrics.
