work at home options wonderful. Good help with computers and equipment needs.

Cons

Managers have capability of keeping people from moving up the ladder. Good hard workers don't move up but the lazy brown nosing ones do.

Pros

Humana has great benefits for employees. You can earn points which turn in to cash by keeping healthy and setting goals. I got a fit bit.surge this way at no cost to me. You can work from home so no more traffic jams.lots of opportunities to move around in company.

Cons

Computer and phones go down a lot which can be very frustrating. The work load is never ending. Policies change very quickly . A lot to keep up with and not alot of support.

Good training, provide the equipment and set up costs. Helping clients navigate health needs by using the insurance money was a nice task.

Cons

Lots of internal changes, reorganization from teams to new rosters of client/members every few months. Unrealistic goals to meet production criteria when people won't answer their phones. Have to sit in a cubical (call center) for first 30 days.
