Pros

Remote Remote Remote Remote Remote

Cons

The members are verbally abusive and there is nothing in place to release the member should they get out of hand. You have to try and defuse them and if you cant you transfer them to a team of people that are not supervisors. I dont know what they do but you cant offer to transfer the member. The Broker/Agent/Member has to request a supervisor. Until they request one you are their punching bag

Pros

Remote being the only benefit.

Cons

Since I started here 3 years ago I made 130k. This job slowly downgraded our pay each year since. Moving into 2026 this company made it so half our plans are non commissionable and slashed our health insurance benefits. I’ll be lucky to make 80k a year here with working insane overtime hours during the enrollment period. They have the employees no notice. Told them Oct 1st that we’ll be making 20-30k less a year in commissions. This company is to not be trusted.

Friendly management, thorough training, WFH

Cons

Catty coworkers, can’t call out even with doctor’s notes or severe weather issues, and management don’t do anything about unprofessionalism
