Company full speed ahead

Pros

Really talented group. Management that respects its employees and recognizes them as humans with lives outside the office door. Opportunity for growth and development as company expands.

Cons

Rapid growth creates growing pains. A lot of decisions made so fast that information is not shared as well as it should be. Construction on site more often than not as new office and work space is brought online.

Pros

I get to solve challenging problems everyday with an all-star team of incredibly motivated, talented, and driven individuals, from whom I continually learn new things and push myself. Hyperloop Tech greatly encourages and provides opportunities for employees to do great work, giving them responsibility and authority to get it done. The engineering problems are challenging, but attainable, and excitingly new.

Cons

The aggressive schedule and growth rate is difficult to stay ahead of, thus resulting in some growing pains of continually evolving organization, teams, workflow systems, infrastructure, and processes.
