Egoistic, pompous, ignorant CEO - more interested in marketing and branding than maturing technology. The last few months have been a series of weekly departure emails from senior VPs, directors, senior managers, and many talented engineers. People are jumping ship, many groups are understaffed by 50-80%, yet leadership expects more output from burnt out engineers on terrible pay. The turnover rate is crazy! Big old boys club, very few women and people of color. Homophobic company, no statement for Pride month despite pleas from several employees. The entire Pegasus project was a marketing stunt intended to blow smoke up investors bums, waste of money, effort and time. Total lack of vision and accountability from CEO. Downward spiral, only people left are fresh out of college kids, immigrants tied to visas and contractors.
