Pros

- Some people were fantastic to work with. Lots of brilliant individuals that clearly hold a lot of passion for their work. - The type of work can be challenging in a good way of where the wins are rewarding.

Cons

- Frequent leadership changes. Last 2 CEO's have been let go for unknown reasons. - As of Q4 2021, Morale is at an all time low. - Company is not a leader in protecting its employees from Covid. Policies to protect employees are weak and not enforced by the Environmental Health and Safety department. - Stock options are laughably poor. - Company vision has drastically suffered. - You have to really fight for your work/life balance. Many employees suffer from burnout.

They're absolutely doing cool things that I believe could impact the world

Cons

The worst parts of Corporate America have seeped in here. I believe that the change in CEO's may drive a culture shift back towards the type of culture that people expect a company pursuing bleeding edge innovation expect but it'll take time.

The team, culture and opportunities are amazing. the work is always changing and is fast paced. fun environment and growth encouraged and supported.

Cons

It's a startup so there is lots of change, high turnover and the goals are always moving. can get discouraging, lack of communication to employees during changes is frustrating.
