Pros

If you are looking to take on any and all challenges including ones that are far outside your area of expertise. If you are willing and able there are many opportunities to step into a void and fill it. Your growth here can be 5X to 10X what it would be elsewhere if you are willing to put the work in.

Cons

Instability Instability Instability That pretty much sums up this place the projects are very cool but clear lack of direction is hurting. through instability does create may growth opportunities as mentioned above.

The title says it all....don't let the other reviews scare you off. The company offers incredible opportunities for growth and genuine co-workers who I truly consider friends.

Cons

As with any start-up – or any company, really – there are growing pains, politics, and drama. But, I do think the company is on a good trajectory at the moment.

Pros

- You can advance your career really fast. - Many young and purpose-driven engineers work here. - The CEO will most likely know your name. He will inspire you. - It has a startup vibe. - Unlimited PTO; however, if you get hired through an agency, then you might not get any PTO.

Cons

- There is a high turnover rate for managers and some engineering positions. Many people choose to quit after working a few months or a few years. - Organization structural changes may be frequent. -Job insecurity. Your job literally relies on a few investors. - Managers like to micromanage. Since it is a small company, managers will micro manage every task you do. - Lastly, there are a few cliques. This is not really a big deal until your manager belongs to one of these cliques.
