Leadership has no idea what they are doing, the change of the ceo caused a series of VP quittings and that’s when everyone started to fight for those empty positions, and those who are more “dear” to the new ceo became the new leaders, a domino of people and engineers leaving after that and still ongoing. The company has a very low morale and ethics and has no respect for employees. Diversity is very low. There is huge amount of bureaucracy going on and people in the advertising teams get more recognition than engineers. Politics to the roof. They hired many people for LA campus and relocated them to Nevada after a few months. Unhappy employees in every team. Money wasted on unnecessary stuff. No career growth. Bad culture, no opportunity to learn. Organizational changes happening every quarter. Lots of overlapping hence fighting managers. They keep hiring more and more because people are leaving more and more.
