      Pros

      I have been with IMCS Group for 4 years. Friendly staff and everything is well taken care including hospitality, training, placement, payments. Very few companies provide class room training and IMCS Group is one of them. Experienced marketing staff and very good relationship with lot of clients. IMCS Group always hire skilled and enthusiastic people who can utilize the opportunity and reach the career goals. I always recommend my friends and family to join IMCS Group.

      Cons

      Always follows procedure some people might not like it at the earlier stages.

      Pros

      IMCS has provided me an opportunity to grow and learn the important aspects of human engineering. They have help me over come my short falls and shown me the vision to be successful in my career.

      Cons

      Highly competitive environment. They have been motivating to work under pressure, puts us in a challenging situation. All the work has to be documented.

      There are so many cons to this company, I agree and would reiterate all the 1 star reviews cons. Pay attention to the 1 star reviews and how the company is responding. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. This perfectly represents how the entire company is run.

      First, let me thank you for the review. IMCS is either hated or loved. It would depend on what you are expecting from the company. If you are doing all wrong things and expecting the company to be silent it will not happen. We place highest emphasis on compliance. Many employees perform well and expect us to go easy on compliance . We would not be able to do that. In any review, you have to express why you did not like to work with a company. You cannot say ditto to all the negative 1 star reviews. You posted this review out vengeance rather than for real issues. You stayed in an unprofessional company for more than 2 years!
