5yWe do not have Senior OPT Recruiter position in Irving, USA. I would assume that you are working from our India office. Let me highlight what we have done for our India staff.
1. We did not lay off even a single staff member due to COVID. Other companies in IT services carried out mass layoffs. We assured our staff that as long as they worked sincerely they do not have to worry about losing the job. We kept our word.
2. The "Best employee award" went to one of our staff members in India. He was part of our Contracts team. Essentially, If your performed we recognized the effort and we rewarded people for that.
3. We have Medical and life insurance for ALL. We made sure that our Staff can visit any doctor's office or hospital if they fell sick. This shows that we care for our employees. 90% of the companies in IT services do not provide medical insurance to employees.
4. We had numerous Employee engagement activities for our staff in India.
5. We have monthly, quarterly and yearly recognition awards.
6. We celebrated Diwali and other festivals in spite of the pandemic.
7. We have one of the best pay structure and incentives.
Insite of all the above, some employees may not be a good fit. The organization provides enough encouragement to the employees. However, employees have to be "Driven" to succeed. Success is not an "Entitlement".
In the above post you have a life span of 3 months. I want to report back that we alive and doing well. We are expanding rapidly in India, US, Mexico and Canada. We are sorry to disappoint you by not failing.
