Pros

They are professional and prove that they really care about their employees. You'e always able to contact field managers if you ever need them. I don't know if you'll consider the following as a pro but I do. They are really uplifting and motivational. The salary is just ok. Bonuses at the end of the year, depending on performance. Well, I've heard this but I'm still new here.

Cons

Almost NO overtime to make up for that "just ok" salary. The benefits are expensive (back to salary). There aren't many locations here in New Jersey to relocate. No holiday pay.

It used to be a great place to work but recent turnover has drastically changed the whole atmosphere of the company.

Cons

There is a terrible expectation of a work/life balance.

Pros

Working with established police departments, slightly higher pay than other agencies, and current technology applications/systems.

Cons

Policy changes on a whim without notification, favoritism, no seniority, inconsistent promotion process, inconsistent/poor training, and lack of disciplinary action.
