Interesting job, Inconsistent management

Pros

The job is very interesting at times, and can be exciting if you can tolerate long stretches of inactivity between.. You will develop a lot of skills, and most of the people are friendly and easy enough to work with. Management is friendly and supportive for the most part.

Cons

Unfortunately, the management is also weak and inconsistent. Employees will be treated and disciplined differently based on their relation to the manager. Absentee employees will not be punished, which means reliable employees will be stuck time and time again with 16 hour shifts. As a result of this, employees become cynical and the atmosphere becomes toxic with negativity, which results in high turnover.

crazy work hours...guilted into working more to maintain staffing levels...poor leadership from administration in solving employment issues
