-Friendly people. -Lots of company funded team building activates

Cons

-Management is hot and cold. One day, you're the best employee ever. The next, they're giving you weight loss advice you didn't ask for. -Not many opportunities to advance your career. You will receive additional responsibilities. You will not be paid for the responsibilities. -Expect emotional guilt tripping. If you're not ready to bear your soul in team building activities, you will be shamed about it.

Sometimes you must work at night or attend a meeting at night. Not a big deal though

I've never been part of an organization that claims to care about people but ends up doing the complete opposite. The CEO, with no relevant experience, believes he's entitled to dictate how everyone should do their jobs.
