      I use to change the company in every two years and it has been more than 8 years now I am working with InTimeTec. Great opportunity and platform for those who want to make a difference for themselves and others Company has a clear vision and objective. Create growth and abundance for its employees, customer and grow revenue. You get opportunity to wear multiple hats and gain experience in variety of areas. Take care of employees desire and align it with business objective. Committed Co-founder and excellent execution staff led by CEO Empower its employees Promote transparency and believe in its employees

      Pros

      Good starting company for new developers who need to get their foot in the door. If you’re searching for a community rather than a workplace, then it could be a good fit for you. Remote developers that are away from the craziness of the workplace tend to enjoy their jobs.

      Cons

      Not well respected by other companies in the area so it’s hard to get a job elsewhere after starting there Will ask you about personal problems then ignore your issues when you ask for their help. Acknowledge that they’ll pay below-market salary until you’ve been with the company for 5 years, then they’ll pay average salary. Have experienced/witnessed them going back on their word many times. There’s a club within the company that “punishes” you for not working out, such as paying money for each workout you miss. Super toxic workplace culture and self-harm mentality.
