Cons

Management has shady practices behind closed doors. They always share a message of belonging and togetherness then proceeded to fire no less than 15 people inside a 2-month period with no reason.

Here at In Time Tec, we pride ourselves in the fact that we have never needed to implement a mass lay-off. People who are unable to produce the results required are given the opportunity to improve and if they fail to do so, they are let go. We are committed, however, to never laying off groups of employees at a time. We keep people on, even as projects end and teams change. We would never fire anyone without discussing it with them first and providing them with the tools to stay if they so choose. We are sorry to hear that you had a different impression of employees leaving In Time Tec. Best of luck of your future endeavors.

Pros

In Time Tec has positively impacted every part of my life. Who I have become through experiencing In Time Tec as a platform has created meaningful change in the lives of those I love. The work is challenging, the possibilities are endless, and you get out of it what you are willing to give to it/others. In Time Tec is out to create more for others and I've experienced that in every way from how we collaborate with partners to how we interact with each other as a team.

Cons

In Time Tec isn't for everyone, some may find it's not the best fit for what they want out of a career. Those who thrive show initiative, take responsibility, are a cause in the matter and continually learn their craft and also develop themselves.

Pros

InTimeTec is built on Trust, Transparency, Integrity, and Leadership. These values make InTimeTec a pretty unique company in its own way. The senior management team is caring and loving, while it also make sure everyone being challenged to do better. The company reward merit and deal with mediocracy boldly. The company takes a lot of pride in its culture and grow people with-in the organization in the technical lead and manager role to make sure everyone gets fair chance to grow before hiring senior people from outside. InTimeTec is an excellent company for personal growth, on job training, and promotions opportunities.

Cons

You might have a love and hate relationship with InTimeTec. Either you would like this company or hate this company. There is culture of punctuality, discipline, sincerity, and hard work; Furthermore, there is a need and push for the employees to constantly get better. If you're one of those who love challenges in life, this is the company for you. But if you want a comfortable life, you would regret after joining this company.
