As a global operation, with employees and partners around the world, we occasionally need to schedule meetings outside the regular 9-5 workday. We appreciate your flexibility in this manner.

We strive to create a positive and productive working environment by creating opportunities for people to connect with those around them on a personal level. We do this by encouraging our leaders to talk to our employees about their lives, both personal and professional. We do everything we can to provide opportunities for our employees to improve their lives in whatever ways they want to. We have an open-door policy and multiple avenues for negative feedback to be expressed and addressed. Any current or former employee is more than welcome to connect with a leader or a member of the board to address concerns, and we will do what we can to resolve them.
