Pros

Hard Dollar Estimating Software and Performance work. Document Management solution works, scheduling solution has little chance against the big boys, everything else is vaporware

Cons

Extremely toxic leadership, COO is constantly reorganizing and reactive. CEO and other leaders are all Kiewit Construction and this is a totally Kiewit driven company. If you are outside Kiewit, you have no voice and no future. Layoff after layoff has driven morale to an all-time low.

Pros

Sort of laidback. Can wear jeans. Good amount of PTO, even for new employees.

Cons

Constantly cutting the budget, making it hard to stay motivated. Pay is low for software industry; hard to get a raise. Culture is a thing they are trying to have but it isnt going well. Disorganized communication from senior leadership to rest of company. If you aren't in the Scottsdale office, you don't matter. Company feels like it is falling apart. Thinks it's a construction company, not a software company. Too much involvement from its parent company Kiewit.

Great Company with a lot of integrity and values. Its great to be a part of a company who is on the cutting edge of construction technology and has a clear vision for growth and expansion.

Cons

Honestly there are no cons, they are a great place to work for and great incentives
