This is why I resigned, I couldn't think of much except a decent salary but that falls inline with the cons because the commission structure is so low it's a joke.
Cons
Crazy, unprofessional members of upper management that feel so entitled that they can treat employees however they feel based on the day they are having. I had to block my boss' number after I resigned so he wouldn't have an opportunity to obsessively text me before and mainly after hours any more simply just trying to start a fight over ridiculous stupid things. Some others can only be classified as mean girl, bitter syndrome. Then the low low LOW commission structure. Plan on living off your base salary. The future and stability is uncertain as they are planning to rebrand themselves yet again and change the product line/pricing yet again. It's a mess and what's worse, they don't get it.
