Pros

- Great company and colleagues. Amazingly culture. - Interesting work and changing healthcare! - Management truly appreciative of feedback - Flexibility, no micro-managing. Act like an adult - you'll be treated like one. - Very good maternity leave benefits

Cons

- Low salary compared to similar jobs, esp considering SF is the most expensive place to live in the US - Decent medical benefits

Pros

Grand Rounds has done a tremendous job of hiring top talent while scaling quickly. The people are really bright, strong collaborators and very hard working. The company does a good job of providing new and expanded opportunities to high performers.

Cons

The company does not offer competitive salaries, when compared with other well-financed tech and health care organizations in the Bay Area.

Pros

Love the mission and the management here at Grand Rounds - direct and constant feedback, management really looks to give you the tools and skills needed to grow within the company. Great company culture, intelligent and passionate coworkers. Employees held accountable for their actions and rewarded and acknowledged when they exceed expectations.

Cons

High expectations and large work load can lead to long work days but for a series B we seem to be doing pretty well managing the growing pains and we are currently hiring to fill many of the gaps. Perks, salary & benefits seem a bit behind the curve ball but apparently they are "in the works" as well.
