      Overworked, Underpaid

      Pros

      There are very few to no pros of working at this company

      Cons

      Patient facing, non-clinical staff are underpaid. Many members of management use abusive language with their teams. Several rounds of layoffs occurred during my time with the company. Executive team fails to prepare for onboarding of large scale, new clients. There is a culture of toxic positivity. I was essentially demanded to write a 5 star review on glass door during my onboarding.

      No cost-of-living raise, canceled 401(k) contribution

      Pros

      Although the contract threatens that they can lower your salary without warning it any time and you still must give them three months notice they have not lowered salary since.

      Cons

      They have not raised celery to even match cost of living raises, they’ve canceled for 401(k) matching, you’ll hear from them if something is wrong, but not if something is right.
