      - Remote work - Unlimited PTO for salaried employees - Competitive Salary - Most employees are committed and mission-driven

      Cons

      - Out of touch C-suite - Constant change and turmoil - Commitment to incompetent mid-level leaders/playing favorites - Uncertainty in company's future stability - Benefits are really expensive - especially if you have a family

      Remote work first Some Autonomy Some teams are better than others

      Cons

      Culture - Toxic Positivity and tone deaf leadership. Like healthcare Theranos Low Pay and overall compensation package not on par with the rest of the sector No 401k match Unrealistic Expectations with no tools to get the job done and no way to improve.

      Strong individual contributor workforce; good benefits.

      Cons

      Incompetent and protected leadership with HR on their side. No career growth. Low pay. AI is replacing human jobs. HR plays a good game, but is not your friend.
