      Nothing There is no reason to work here

      Cons

      Do not work here as a UX Designer. This is a developer first organization. They do not do user research. All this is is uninformed interface design. If you are unfortunate enough to work here you spend your time basically begging to do user research that will never happen. They work at such a pace that is unnatural for any workplace. As well, there confusing ownership of multiple businesses creates an environment where no one knows what is going on. Perhaps the most unprofessional work0lace I have ever been in.

      None nada pros don’t exist

      Cons

      Fraudulent policies lies to employees Can’t pay on time. Only pays base pay for overtime. SOPs will change without notice. Company expectations exceed provided resources to perform job duties. Providers quit without notice. Provider availability is scarce and case load to schedule is massive RUN AWAY FAST

      None, nothing, nada bueno, not a thing. MSPs like these are dime a dozen.

      Cons

      1. Pay is barely market rate 2. Health and other benefits are pricey and they don't disclose how much they contribute to the cost. I suspect its less than 10% 3. No transparency about client changes until they are ready to lay you off 4. Not willing to work with you to change clients even though they are a large MSP with multiple roles/clients available 5. Poor to no feedback during outgoing process and horrible excuses for layoff 6. You have to take a stand on your work/life balance otherwise they steamroll right over it 7. Yearly reviews and salary increases are minimal at BEST
