Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible work hours, relaxed culture, people are great. Individual leaders strive to push you and challenging you.
Cons
Upper management doesn't listen to employees. You feel like you are turning a crank to keep the momentum going and tread water but nothing is there to drive you. There is no pay scale per say on certain roles, so you could be more qualified than others in the same position and be making wayyyyy less than them. Not a lot of motivation to keep going.
