Pros

There are some great people in the trenches- no doubt. Trying hard every day to compete against superior technology. I know the client facing folks work day and night to produce client deliverables with the tools they were given.

Cons

Sales people are encouraged to sell products that are not really ready for release. It is part of the culture now. That is how they compete with other companies- on ideas bundled with existing products.

Pros

Great people, fantastic vision for industry impact, decent benefits and empowerment to get job done Great relationships with clients

Cons

Sales based culture. All decisions and strategies are focused on sales. Operations and delivery are after thought when client screams Lack of leadership commitment to leadership and thoughtful people and strategy planning. Have reported to 6 people in almost 5 years. Seems like after every leadership retreat there is a reorg. A lot of work to get done but not a lot of real plans on how to get there. Leaves people to work hard spinning wheels for a while. Poor performers are not dealt with in a timely manner

Pros

There are a lot of good, smart, hardworking people that work there. But are leaving so they no longer have to be tortured with horrible products. Excellent location in the Galleria Tower. Cheap snacks and drinks. Really good pay for most positions, especially if you are in with the right people.

Cons

This used to be a great company, but has gone downhill drastically over the last 4 years. Have a large number of useless Upper Management, need to clean house of these people and use their salaries to hire real workers to try to improve the products. The product lines are a joke, there have been so many chances to make the products great but whoever makes a suggestion to make them better is usually run off or fired. Especially since there are NO processes built around delivery or development. There is no accountability for doing a poor job or in some cases not even doing your job. However good hardworking employees are leaving in multiples due to workload, long hours and no help from Management other than standing over your shoulder asking what took so long. When you explain the numerous issues with the product they just say get it working and don't do anything to fix the root of the issue. Sales team has no clue as to what the products can or cannot do and therefore lie to clients in order to get them to sign contracts and then everyone else after the sale is stuck cleaning up the mess created by sales team.. Unless you are in with the right people you are essentially overlooked and ignored on everything. Upper Management pretends to want to have client and employee feedback but no one in an office really cares or pays attention to what is said by either. Upper Management change the names of the products and the company (formerly Medseek) in hopes that no one notices how bad things really are. Be sure to look up Medseek cause nothing has changed except for the name of the company. Benefits are descent but horribly expensive and they try to say great news our insurance is not going up this year. Well that is a good thing because I can barely afford it as it is. Morale is very low amongst employees as most are now burned out and just doing what they have to just to hold on to their jobs until the next round of lay offs or until they can find something else.
